We would like to forward our letter of apprecietion to Peter. When we first put our house up for sale we used Comfree, so we needed to decide on a selling price for ourselves. We were soon approached by Peter from RE/MAX, however we declined using his services. After a few weeks of having only two walk throughs and no follow ups on our home we decided to call Peter to get his advice. After spending an hour with us and taking a walk through of our home, my husband and I were very impressed with Peter’s knoledge of the current real estate market and his sugggestions and advice on how we should move forward if we choose to use him instead. Immediately there was a big change in the interest of our property as it was now listed at a proper and competive price that we were pleased with, plus knowing we will be reaching a lot more people and realators with our home. Within 3 weeks we had a purchase agreement on our home. The entire process was excellent having Peter by our side advising us, checking in with us and walking us through the process step by step. Peter is a very hard working, confident , friendly and knowledgeable realator. We would highly recommend him for anyone who is purchasing or selling a home…he knows his stuff!! If we ever sell a house again he will be the first one we call.

My husband and I were thinking of selling our home so we were browsing through the Real Estate Weekly as we usually do. We noticed Peter’s large, bright, and easy to read ads. He had a lot of them!! To see many ads with people’s homes advertised, we envisioned our home advertised aswell. We figured that if he had quite a list of listings, he must know the market pretty well and obviously knows what he’s talking about..
